Dear Families,
Congratulations to everyone for your incredible work and support over the past six weeks. Despite the challenges of Stage 3 restrictions, our students have continued to learn thanks to the amazing work of staff and great support of families. I hope all families and staff have a well earnt break over the next couple of weeks.
I am thrilled to be able to confirm that students and staff will return to face to face learning on the first day of next term, Monday 5th October. There will be a range of safety protocols in place as part of our COVID Safety Plan, a number of which are outlined later in the newsletter. These potocols are important for all members of the school community to know and follow. Please take the time to familiarise you and your family with these.
Jenni Collings has informed me that she will be finishing up at the end of the 2020 school year. Jenni has made a wonderful contribution to St. Patrick's during her time with us as a classroom and specialist teacher.
We have had a number of families and staff who have experienced the loss of loved ones over the past few weeks. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Finally, I want to finish by offering my sincerest thanks to all students, staff and families for your unwavering support of the students and one and other over the past two terms.
Take care and stay well.
Nick
