I was so incredibly proud of our kids last Friday competing at the Wellington Division Football Carnival. Their sportsmanship was second to none. On the bus on the way home, I told them, that's what I was most proud of all day. To play every single game with no interchange, a player short and an injured player in the grand final, just showed the other schools what St Patrick's is made of!
Trevor was a fabulous coach, and I for one really appreciated having him there to model that great sportsmanship for our young men.
I think on these occasions it's a reminder of what great students we have here.
