ART EXCURSION

STEM NEWS
Junior Students have begun using a range of materials to create their nest. Students have been working in small groups and collaboratively designing and constructing their nest. The craftsmanship, patience and teamwork has been fantastic to see in action. Students have been completely engrossed in the task and showed great determination to make a nest. This activity has stemmed from learning about life cycles and the story 'The Perfect Nest' by Catherine Friend. This also coincided with the Simultaneous Story Time book 'The Bowerbird'.
